Questacon - Re-thinking our relevance

Questacon, Australia's National Science and Technology Centre, has a simple mission statement - making science fun and relevant for all. Recent changes have stimulated us to re-think how best Questacon can continue to be relevant for people of all ages (in the cities as well as in rural and remote areas), for scientists and their work, for educators across the various learning sectors, and for government and their policies. This talk will outline our current thinking on the relevance that Questacon brings to our community in terms of personal, social, economic and political impacts.
